I am a stay-at-home-homeschooling-mom armed with crochet hooks and knitting needles...and I intend to use them!!
Actually, I use them a whole lot!
I have a strong desire pass on the beauty and tradition of handcrafts. I learned to knit and crochet as a young child at the knee of my great-grandmother Taylor over 30 years ago. I was inspired by my mother Robin's passion and talent for knit and crochet and am thrilled to dedicate a whole collection to her memory.
Today my love for crochet and crafts is just as passionate as I design and create my own pieces, most being unique and one-of-a-kind. Even though the demand for my work continues to increase, I strive to take the time to produce only the highest quality and giving each piece the individual attention it needs.
Born and raised on the outskirts of Detroit, I now live in the beautiful Amish country of Northern Indiana with my husband, son, two dogs and other assorted pets. When I'm not crafting, you can find me homeschooling our son, out in the garden playing in the dirt, in the kitchen trying out new recipes, out being inspired by the Amish, drinking too much coffee, and above all spending time loving on my family.
